What’s included in a custom web design & monthly management package?
Our web design packages include 5 to 10 custom web pages depending on the package you choose, hosting, monthly management, custom forms, Call to action buttons, mobile friendly, SEO services to help your business get found online and drive more customers your way.
Can you manage my website after it's built?
Absolutely! All of our web design packages include monthly website management plans that includes website security, automatic updates, unlimited revisions, backups, SEO services, and 24/5 access to your designated website manager.
Do you offer logo and branding services too?
Yes! We offer logo design, color palettes, font pairings, and social media branding kits to make sure your visual identity is polished and consistent everywhere your brand shows up. These are not included with our web packages and are considered service adds (additional charges will apply)
How long will it take to build my website?
Most websites take about 1–2 weeks from start to launch, depending on the size of the site and how quickly we receive content and feedback. Please note Additional time may be needed this is just an estimate.
How do I cancel services?
You can cancel your plan at any time, no questions asked. If you ever decide to move to a different provider or hosting company, we’ll make the transition simple by transferring your website over to you. From there, your new hosting company can quickly reactivate your site so there’s no downtime for your business. We want you to always feel in control of your website, whether you stay with us or choose another provider.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope. With Nailed It Web Design, there are no contracts. You can cancel at any time.
Do I own my website?
Yes, you own 100% of your website. We only provide the hosting services, which means you’re free to change to your own hosting provider at any time. If you decide to do so, you or your hosting company can easily set up the transfer and manage your site moving forward. Your web design and branding is your’s to keep.
Do I need on-going management for my website?
