Can you manage my website after it's built?
Absolutely! All of our web design packages include monthly website management plans that includes website security, automatic updates, unlimited revisions, backups, SEO services, and 24/5 access to your designated website manager.

Do you offer logo and branding services too?
Yes! We offer logo design, color palettes, font pairings, and social media branding kits to make sure your visual identity is polished and consistent everywhere your brand shows up. How long will it take to build my website?
Most websites take about 1–2 weeks from start to launch, depending on the size of the site and how quickly we receive content and feedback. Please note Additional time may be needed this is just an estimate.

Can I cancel my monthly services?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly service at any time! If you cancel, hosting will end and your website will no longer be visible online. You’re welcome to set up your own hosting to keep it active. Keep in mind that without our ongoing SEO services, your site may see a drop in traffic.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope. With Nailed It Web Design, there are no contracts. You can cancel at any time.

Do I own my website?
Yes, you own 100% of your website design and branding. We host and manage your site for a low monthly fee, but if you prefer to manage it yourself, we’ll transfer full control so you can set up hosting with your own provider to keep your site active.

Do I need on-going management for my website?
